The Mackie ProFX10v3+ is a 10-channel analog mixer with a USB-C audio interface for recording, streaming, podcasting, rehearsals, and compact live-sound systems. The built-in GigFX+ effects engine provides 12 editable effects, with a full-color LCD and rotary control for selecting and adjusting parameters. Effects can be used for practical vocal, instrument, and presentation processing without requiring a separate outboard processor. The mixer also provides a dedicated FX send for connecting compatible external effects equipment.

Its USB-C connection functions as a 24-bit, up-to-192 kHz 2x4 audio interface. Standard mode sends the full mix with effects, Loopback mode combines mixer and computer audio for streaming, and Interface mode records channels 1 and 2 without effects processing. Separate headphone level and blend controls support monitoring between computer playback and the mixer feed.

Bi-directional Bluetooth adds a wireless source for music playback and caller integration through a dedicated channel. Main XLR and 1/4-inch outputs connect to powered speakers, amplifiers, or recording equipment, while control-room and headphone outputs support local monitoring. The ProFX10v3+ fits well as the front end of a desktop studio, livestream station, rehearsal setup, or small portable PA system.

Design & Installation

The ProFX10v3+ uses a solid steel chassis with tough ABS side protection for regular desktop, studio, and portable-use environments. Its top-panel layout places input gain, EQ, compression, effects, channel levels, metering, and output controls within reach. A full-color LCD provides direct access to GigFX+ editing and saved effect settings.

Place the mixer on a stable, ventilated surface and connect microphones, instruments, playback devices, headphones, and powered speakers or an external amplifier as needed. Use balanced XLR or 1/4-inch connections where compatible equipment is available, and connect a computer through USB-C for recording or playback. The USB connection carries audio only and does not power the mixer; the ProFX10v3+ uses a 12 V DC, 2 A hard-wired wall-mount power adapter.
