The EF1 closed-back headphones provide a dedicated monitoring option for recording and playback.

MiniFuse 2 is bus-powered and offers balanced 1/4-inch TRS monitor outputs, a stereo headphone output, direct monitoring, and 48V phantom power for condenser microphones such as the included CM1. The interface supports sample rates up to 192 kHz and includes a USB 2.0 Type-A hub for a compatible USB device. A virtual loopback channel also supports routing computer audio for selected recording and streaming workflows.

Design & Installation

The MiniFuse 2 uses a compact metal enclosure with a black finish, while the included CM1 microphone uses a front-address cardioid condenser design. The supplied shockmount helps isolate the microphone from stand-borne handling noise, and the pop filter helps manage vocal plosives. EF1 headphones use a closed-back design with 40 mm drivers and a 3-meter cable.

Mount the CM1 in its included shockmount with the microphone model marking facing the sound source, connect it to an interface input with the supplied 3-meter XLR cable, and enable 48V phantom power for the condenser microphone. Connect the MiniFuse 2 to a compatible computer through USB-C, then connect headphones, powered monitors, instruments, or MIDI hardware as needed. Use the front-panel controls and direct monitoring functions to set a comfortable input and playback balance before recording.
