The Arturia AstroLab 37 is a compact standalone stage keyboard designed for players who want a broad instrument library without relying on a laptop during performance. Its 37-note slim, velocity-sensitive synth-action keybed includes aftertouch for expressive lead lines, bass parts, chords, and layered textures. The compact format suits desktop studios, rehearsal rooms, DJ setups, and mobile performance rigs.

AstroLab 37 provides more than 1,800 built-in sounds drawn from over 44 instruments, spanning synthesized, sampled, keyboard, acoustic, and hybrid sound categories. Eleven onboard sound engines cover methods including virtual analog, wavetable, FM, granular, physical modeling, vocoder, and Karplus synthesis. This gives performers access to contrasting sound characters from classic-style keys and synths to modern evolving textures.

The performance layout keeps essential controls close at hand with 10 preset buttons, four sound macros, four FX knobs, pitch and modulation wheels, octave controls, and a color screen with navigation encoder. Chord, Scale, Arpeggiator, and Hold functions help create playable parts quickly. Dedicated delay and reverb controls work alongside two assignable FX controls and 12 available insert effects.

Inside, AstroLab 37 uses a six-core 64-bit ARM processor with 4 GB of DDR4 RAM and 32 GB of storage. Its audio system operates at 48 kHz with 24-bit input and output resolution. Balanced stereo outputs, a balanced mono mic/line input, headphone output, MIDI I/O, USB, Bluetooth audio input, and Wi-Fi support make it ready for self-contained or connected workflows.

AstroLab 37 integrates with the included Analog Lab Pro software and AstroLab Connect mobile app for preset management, playlist organization, and sound transfer. Its library can be expanded through compatible Arturia software, including V Collection and Pigments. It can also accept audio from a Bluetooth-enabled device for practice or playback through the keyboard's audio path.

AstroLab 37 uses a compact white stage-keyboard format measuring 20.28 inches wide and weighing 4.30 lb. Its control surface combines a color display, navigation encoder, dedicated preset controls, macro encoders, FX encoders, and performance wheels. The unit is designed for portable use while retaining physical connections for studio and stage integration.

Place AstroLab 37 on a stable keyboard stand, desktop, or performance surface, then connect the included power supply. Use the balanced 1/4-inch outputs with a mixer, audio interface, powered speakers, or DI system; use headphones for private monitoring. Connect MIDI gear through MIDI I/O, a computer through USB-C, USB MIDI controllers or storage through USB-A, and a sustain or compatible pedal through the pedal input.
