For solo performers and writers, the FP-E50 includes 177 preset accompaniment styles that respond to left-hand chord input. Intro, ending, synchronization, variation, and Interactive controls help shape backing arrangements in real time. The Chord Sequencer provides preset and user pattern storage for improvising, developing melodies, and organizing song ideas.

A 1/4-inch microphone input lets singers add vocal processing while performing with the keyboard. Bluetooth audio and MIDI, USB audio/MIDI, stereo audio input, USB memory support, and onboard audio recording extend the piano into a connected music workspace. Design & Installation

The FP-E50 uses a streamlined portable-piano format with a graphic LCD, dedicated volume controls, mic gain control, and two assignable wheels. Its PHA-4 Standard action features Ivory Feel key surfaces, and the integrated speaker-box system uses two 12 cm drivers. The detachable music rest is included, along with an AC adaptor, power cord, and DP-2 damper pedal.

Place the FP-E50 on a stable compatible keyboard stand, or use the optional KSFE50 dedicated stand for a furniture-style setup. The included DP-2 connects to the Pedal 1 jack, while the optional KPD-70 pedal board adds damper, sostenuto, and soft pedal functions with the dedicated stand. Use the L/Mono and R outputs for external amplification, either headphone jack for quiet practice, and a USB flash drive for compatible audio playback, recordings, and settings storage.
